Shipping Policy

Nine Sixteen Supply Co. products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partners.

Most orders move into production shortly after they are placed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

U.S. Shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is free on every order. No minimum purchase is required.

Processing and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and include the expected fulfillment and shipping window for your order.

Delivery estimates may occasionally change due to production volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If your tracking shows a problem or your package appears to be lost, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
